The Master of Arts in Education is an advanced degree offered at Cal Poly Pomona. Although the M.A. degree is in Education, specific emphases are available in: |

|
A minimum of 45 quarter units of acceptable graduate level work must be completed in the program, with at least 24 quarter units at the 500 & 600 level. Credential methods courses and student teaching may not be applied to the master's degree. Thirty-two (32) units of coursework must be taken in residency. |

Teaching credential (Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Education Specialist) or current enrollment in a credential program. Foreign students are exempt from this requirement. | |
